MFD Expert provides back-office and client-engagement software to mutual fund distributors. This policy covers this website and the information you share with us through it.

When you request a demo or contact us we collect your name, mobile number, email, firm name, ARN, city and any message you write. We also record basic technical data such as your IP address for security.

3. How we use it

• To contact you about the demo or question you raised.
• To send information about our product, only if you asked for it.
• To protect the website from abuse and spam.

4. Client data inside the software

Investor data that distributors store in MFD Expert belongs to the distributor. We process it only to provide the service, keep it on servers located in India, encrypt it in transit and back it up daily. We never sell it or use it for marketing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@mfdexpert.com.
