The terms that apply when you use this website and our software.

1. Service
MFD Expert is a software-as-a-service platform for mutual fund distributors. We are a technology provider only: we do not distribute mutual funds, accept investor money or give investment advice.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must hold a valid AMFI registration (ARN) to transact on behalf of investors.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of client data and for complying with SEBI and AMFI regulations.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and give staff only the access they need.
3. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus applicable GST. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
4. Data ownership
You own your client data. On cancellation you can export it, and we delete it from our systems within 90 days unless law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Exchange (BSE, NSE, MFU) and RTA (CAMS, KFintech) systems are operated by third parties and their downtime is outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over our registered office (S15, A, Pramukhdham, Malpur Road, Modasa - 383315) have exclusive jurisdiction.
